Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the IMC / Holistic plans, Brief and ensuring that development and execution in place for the assigned products and services.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
• Above five years’ experience working in Gaming industry.
• Able to travel nationwide.

Role and Responsibilities

Product management

• Manage, Mentor the team to publish the product to the target market.
• Developing revenue, customers’ metric projection of the related project.
• Coordinate with Product developer to reach business satisfactions.
• Present a detailed project plan and ensure the plan progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Monitoring and evaluating the project performance.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.

Resources Management

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proven working experience as a project administrator or marketing administrator in the information technology sector.
• Great educational background, MBA or other related Master Degree is preferable.
• Above five years’ experience working in Gaming industry.
• Able to travel nationwide.

We are looking for a competent Customer Service Supervisor to organize and direct the staff of our call center. You will be responsible for assessing their work and give them feedback to maximize performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist the CS team hiring process and ensure new hires take on basic training courses, including communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching (e.g. how to handle difficult client cases).
• Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
• Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated.
• Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting etc.
• Anticipate escalation and take over case when needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
• Keep management informed on issues and problems.
• Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proven experience as customer service supervisor or similar supervisory position.
• Any related Bachelor's degree.
• Additional certification in training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service is essential.
